Crisis Negotiator Training provides ready-to-use, ongoing training for law enforcement and corrections crisis negotiation teams. From realistic scenarios and skill-building drills to full training programs, functional exercises, intel tools, and custom agency resources, CNT makes it easier to train consistently, realistically, and with purpose. We even make some learning equal parts fun and fiercely competitive.
Our resources are designed for negotiators who have completed an initial certification or basic training course, such as those offered by the FBI or CSM. We are not a certification course—we help trained negotiators stay ready.
