Agency Customized Training allows eligible CNT products to be adapted to better reflect how your agency actually operates.

Customization may include your terminology, team structure, facility or community setting, forms, workflow, policies, communication process, local resources, and other agency-specific details that make the training feel more realistic and immediately applicable.

For scenarios and exercises, customization can also include agency-specific locations, operational expectations, command structure, realistic records, and training priorities while keeping protected subject and scenario information fictional where appropriate.

The goal is simple: reduce the gap between training and the way your team will actually have to perform during a real incident.
