A large-scale, ready-to-run functional exercise designed to put your agency’s Incident Command System and crisis negotiation response to work under realistic conditions.

The exercise can involve command staff, CNT, tactical teams, Intel, communications, operations, and other agency resources as the incident develops. Participants must manage evolving information, make decisions, coordinate across functions, respond to injects, and maintain an organized ICS structure throughout the event.

Each exercise can include realistic timelines, command injects, Intel Requests and returns, role-player materials, operational updates, facilitator controls, documentation, evaluation tools, and a structured debrief.

Best for: Agencies that want to evaluate ICS coordination, command decision-making, information flow, teamwork, and overall operational readiness during a crisis response.

Licensing

Your purchase includes unlimited use of this exercise by the number of teams selected within one agency. Additional team licenses are $50 each, with no additional charge beyond seven teams within the same agency.

Licensed teams may use the exercise as often as needed for their own training. Materials may not be shared, resold, or distributed outside the licensed agency.
